“We engaged Sean to re-decorate our main bathroom as well as a guest bedroom. Also to make some repairs to paintwork elsewhere. We were so pleased with his work that we then asked him to paint the masonry on the outside of our house. (We live by the sea and the weather conditions treat our home like a lighthouse!). The qualify of Sean's work has been exemplary and he went above and beyond the brief by cleaning and painting pipes, cleaning soffits and facias and gutters. He replaced an old drain cover and even cleaned the green algae stains from the cladding at the front of the house! He did all this additional work within the timeframe he quoted. He had estimated 5 days suggested we allow for 6, but he completed all the above within the 5 days. He quoted a daily rate and advised us on what paint to buy. All in all he did a great job and proved very good value for money.
